Are Seeds Healthy?

Hey everyone,

After this weeks amazing discussion over on my Facebook post around grains, carbs, and calories, I thought I would share my latest Body + Soul Sunday morning editorial that appeared back in Australia around grains and seeds.

I hope this post reiterates my position on a balanced approach to carbohydrate intake, and also how to select “healthy” grains should you select to consume them.
