Choc-Chip Cookie Dough Bliss Balls –

Ingredients:

1/3 cup lupin flakes

1/3 cup vanilla plant based protein powder 

1/3 cup Mayvers coconut super spread

1/3 cup Progurt prebiotic fibre liquid sweetener

1 sachet Progurt probiotic powder

1 tsp Green Nutritionals calcium powder 

+

2 tbsp sugar free dark chocolate drops

 

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except for the sugar free chocolate drops in a high speed blender until a dough like consistency has formed.
  2. Add in chocolate drops and mix for a couple of seconds on low.
  3. Roll into balls and place in the fridge to firm for an hour (at least)
  4. Enjoy!
