It seems as though many of us get stuck in the habit of making the same old salads time and time again. It is for this reason that I wanted to share with you some interesting new hemp seed salad recipes to jazz things up a bit!

Hemp seeds can easily be incorporated into a variety of salads or even added as a final garnish on top. All these recipes use natural ingredients and these salads can be enjoyed as a light snack, lunchtime meal or a side dish at dinner.

As I have mentioned in previous posts about hemp seeds, they are a great plant based food that provide an incredible amount of protein, as well as provide a rich source of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, dietary fibre and essential nutrients.
