Raw sugar free peanut butter and coconut protein bliss balls July 6, 2016 recipes Raw sugar free peanut butter and coconut protein bliss balls Hi everyone, If you want to sneak into your diet some gut healthy prebiotic resistant starch, and some satisfying protein, these sugar free raw vanilla, coconut, and caramel peanut butter bliss balls are going to be a new obsession (or at least they are at my place!). They are: High protein Prebiotic fibre packed Resistant starch packed Low glycemic load Sugar free Gluten free Raw Vegan (dependent on which protein powder you decide to use) Raw sugar free peanut butter and coconut protein bliss balls Ingredients: 1/3 cup peanut butter (vanilla, coconut and caramel peanut butter) 30g natural vanilla protein powder* 2 tbsp Natural Evolution Foods green banana resistant starch 1/3 cup Vitafiber (or liquid sweetener of your choice) 1 tbsp Natvia 1 tsp Vanilla essence Dash salt Decorations: 2 tbsp desiccated coconut *If you use a plant based protein powder you may need to add a touch of water to keep the mixture blending smoothly. Method: Blend all ingredients (except coconut) in a high speed blender, roll into balls, and cover in desiccated coconut. Place in fridge to harden for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
