Best chia seed pudding recipe

Hi Everyone, I feel as though the curiosity about chia seeds, their health benefits, and how to use them in cooking, are all becoming more prevalent as time goes on.

Chia seeds have possibly become a staple in some of your diets over the last few years.

Irrespective of whether you are currently a regular chia seed consumer, if you are someone who eats oats or yoghurt regularly and want to change things up, why not be adventurous and try creating a chia seed pudding?

Chia seeds are a great addition to puddings because they can absorb large amounts of liquid, making them quite gelatinous! So today, I would love to share some sweet and savoury recipes that can be eaten at breakfast, snack times, dessert, or whenever you really like!

Chia seeds are full of goodness and packed with loads of nutrients. Although small, chia seeds are a rich plant source of omega-3 fatty acids which can help manage cardiovascular disease.

They contain high levels of protein and dietary fibre, which assist in the growth and repair of tissues, and help keep our bowels regular. Chia seeds also provide a good source of iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium and B vitamins, giving us that much needed energy hit!
