Vegetable noodle recipes

Hi everyone, 

For anyone who is gluten intolerant, Coeliac, following a Paleo diet, or simply trying to reduce the load of carbohydrates they are consuming, regular pasta is pretty much always off the menu.

On the other hand, maybe you are simply someone who has hit pasta overload over the years and are now looking for a lighter alternative while simultaneously increasing your vegetable intake.

Whatever the motivation…vegetable spaghetti has come to the rescue, and it is seriously delicious! 

You may have heard the term “zoodle” aka zucchini noodles. With zoodles taking the lead, vegetable noodles are now taking the food scene by storm! Using a spiralizer, you can make noodles out of basically anything; Get ready to lose control with nine of the best vegetable spaghetti recipes:
