Are you already onto this? Omega 3’s for weight loss…I’m a fan, clearly! For those of you wanting a vegetarian and sustainable source, I couldn’t promote algae based omega-3 foods and supplements enough. That’s it for me for today! I’ve recently embraced chia seeds and have them in my smoothies and have found they keep me fuller for longer and it’s good to know that the omega 3 might help me lose weight too.
